Rig is local-first. The Mac app runs on your machine; source code is not uploaded. UseRig on iPhone stores session and mesh pairing credentials on device and may register APNs tokens for alerts you enable. Mesh Packet Tunnel traffic is not used to sell browsing data. Optional cloud stores account data, catalog metadata, Live Link state, encrypted Continuity backups, and subscription entitlement signals as described in the privacy policy.
