Rig is a desktop app for local development on Mac and Windows: a control plane that discovers, starts, stops, and watches every process in your project from one window. It groups scripts, Procfiles, Laravel artisan sidecars, and managed Postgres or Redis, streams their logs together, and owns the ports they bind so you stop running lsof. A local MCP hub lets Cursor, Claude, Codex, Windsurf, or VS Code read health, logs, and ports, and restart a crashed service without a raw shell. Your source code stays on disk. Optional Rig Cloud syncs catalog metadata, Live Links, and encrypted Continuity backups across machines — never the repo. Rig is not a hosted IDE, not a cloud coding VM, and not a PHP runtime. Laravel Herd and Valet still serve PHP; Rig sits beside them when you also run Vite, queues, APIs, and AI agents. What is Rig?

Rig is a process manager for local development on Mac and Windows. One window starts, stops, and watches the processes in a project — scripts, Procfiles, logs, and ports — on a Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel) or a Windows PC.

Does my source code leave my computer?

No. Rig never uploads or stores your repository. Optional Rig Cloud syncs preferences, project groups, and encrypted Continuity backups. A Live Link relays the pages your dev server serves to the people you share it with, and a support ticket includes any logs you attach.

What does Rig cost?

Rig is free on your computer forever on the Hobby plan. Mesh is the paid line: Pro is $15 a month, Team is $25 a seat, and Agency is $149 a month with 3 seats. Yearly billing saves 20%. Full plans are at https://userig.app/pricing.

Yes. api (hono) is bound to :3000 and responding. The queue worker is not, it exited with code 1 six minutes ago.
