Connect OpenClaw

Use Rig as a generic remote MCP server in OpenClaw.

Steps

  1. Open Connections in Rig and start the MCP hub.
  2. Copy Rig URL + token from the generic MCP snippet.
  3. In OpenClaw, add a custom remote/HTTP MCP server named rig.
  4. Save and restart OpenClaw if needed.

Note

If your OpenClaw build only supports stdio MCP, it cannot connect directly to Rig’s HTTP hub.
