Quit vs close window
Why closing the window isn’t always the same as quitting Rig.
Close window
You can close the main window and keep Rig’s services (menu bar, MCP hub, agents) available depending on settings.
Quit Rig
Fully quits the app. Continuity’s optional background Login Item agent can still run scheduled backups when configured.
